MarineMax announced yesterday the appointment of Brendan Bailey as general manager of MarineMax Dallas and MarineMax Dallas Yacht Center. Bailey has a strong connection to the Dallas market, where he grew up and previously led the Dallas location as general manager.
“During his prior tenure as general manager, Brendan built a high-performing team and strengthened long-standing customer relationships that continue today,” the company said in a statement. “Over his 15 years with MarineMax, he has earned recognition as a three-time Chairman’s Circle recipient and served as a member of the MarineMax Yacht Team, supporting clients across vessels ranging from 40 to 95 feet. His leadership style is rooted in team development, operational discipline and a relationship-driven approach to customer service.”
Most recently, Brendan was part of the MarineMax Fort Myers team, one of the company’s flagship locations, where he “collaborated with top-performing sales professionals and further refined his execution of the MarineMax experience model,” the statement said.
