Moose Landing Marina in Naples, Maine, added a 10,400-square-foot showroom to its 15-acre location on Brandy Pond. The new space houses a range of boats and includes offices and rigging bays.

Steve Arnold, owner of Marina Holdings, bought the marina in 2013, which has direct access to Long Lake and Sebago Lake through locks on the Songo River.

“Steve wants to provide people with a premium boating experience,” said Moose Landing sales manager Will Monson, who has been with the dealership for more than 10 years.

Since Arnold purchased the property, Moose Landing has added rack storage, three nearby storage buildings for smaller boats and 8,000 square feet of cruiser storage on-site. A 4,000-square-foot service building with four bays also was added, as well as a service and administration building. The yard also has its own fiberglass shop.

Moose Landing is a dealer for Defiance, Highfield, Montara, Pursuit, Regal, Rossiter, Sea Fox and Starcraft, as well as Honda, Mercury and Yamaha.
