
Navico Group this week announced details of its new Experience Center in Alicante, Spain, where industry customers can explore the company’s products in an interactive environment. Primarily focused on B2B support, the center will not be open to the public.
“Our new Experience Center marks an exciting milestone for Navico Group, providing a space where our customers can engage with our solutions in a truly transformative way,” Ton De Winter, EMEA president, Navico Group, said in a statement.
Housed in a former office space for Navico employees, the center offers training rooms, displays and an expansive showroom. The center will be used for sales and service training, and for internal training and meetings among Navico employees.
To mark the Experience Center’s opening, Navico Group hosted customers from across Europe to a three-day conference in October.
“This conference emphasized the importance of face-to-face interactions in strengthening relationships with our customers and staff,” De Winter said in the statement.
