Nimbus Group today announced its fourth quarter and full 2025 financial results.
Net sales for the quarter were SEK$233 million ($26 million), down 15% from the previous-year quarter. Operating profit was down SEK$54.1 million ($6.03 million) year-over-year.
Full-year net sales amounted to SEK$1.37 billion ($152.7 million), down 16.6% from 2024. Operating profit for the year was down SEK$86.7 million ($9.67 million).
“The global marine market remains characterized by caution, but we are seeing improvement in certain markets,” Nimbus Group president and CEO Johan Inden said in a statement. “In North America, sales remain weak.”
He said North American sales amounted to SEK$53 million ($5.9 million) for the quarter and SEK$365 million ($40.7 million) for the full year, down 53% and 36%, respectively, compared with the previous year.
Inden added that the Nimbus Group order book was SEK$441 million ($49.2 million) at the end of the quarter, down from SEK$574 million ($64 million) a year prior, attributable to “developments in North America.”
The company did not provide guidance for 2026.
