Importer and distributor Nixon Marine Global and Trach Mate have agreed to transfer ownership of Spiroll chafe and rope protectors to Nixon Marine.
Based in Windham, Maine, Nixon Marine will continue to manufacture the full range of Spiroll products.
“Our in-house manufacturing is well-aligned with the needs for Spiroll production,” Nixon Marine president Keith Nixon said in a statement. “We will continue to supply this quality product and aim to provide further growth to this already strong brand.”
Added Trach Mate owner Mark O’Donnell: “What started as a term paper for school 23 years ago has turned into a multinational product line with results that exceeded my wildest expectations.”
