National Marina Sales announced the sale of Morgan Marina, a full-service facility in Sayreville, N.J., that will now operate as Jersey Yacht Center. The Cheesequake Creek property has direct access to Raritan Bay and New York Harbor, and has served the regional boating community since the 1960s, according to a press release.
The marina includes 210 wet slips, dry storage for more than 400 boats, and haul-out and launch capabilities, and also offers a full range of maintenance and marine services. Rick Roughen, broker/owner of National Marina Sales, represented the sellers and brokered the transaction.

The new ownership plans significant investments to Jersey Yacht Center, including infrastructure enhancements and expanded services aimed at elevating the customer experience.
