U.K.-based builder Pearl Yachts added Jeff Brown Yachts of San Diego as its second regional dealer in North America, the company said in a statement. Pearl now has three California sales outlets — San Diego, Newport Beach and Sausalito — as well as Seattle.
Pearl said it is coming off its most successful year to date.
“This year’s Fort Lauderdale boat show held special significance,” managing director Iain Smallridge said in the statement. “Getting to know the team at Jeff Brown Yachts was a pleasure, [and] we also confirmed a record number of sales.”
In addition to Pearl, Jeff Brown Yachts also sells the Axopar, Pardo, Sirena and Y Yachts brands.
“This move is particularly important to Pearl’s presence in the Americas, because now we can tell clients that there is a highly professional coast-to-coast aftersales network in place,” Jeff Brown said.
