Roswell Marine announced that Brad Gearhart was appointed to the newly established role of president, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience to the company’s executive leadership team. Gearhart previously was director of marketing and business development.
“Brad earned this opportunity through hands-on leadership, a willingness to take on challenges and a relentless drive to move Roswell forward. He shares not only my vision, but also my core values when it comes to pushing innovation and servicing our partners beyond expectations,” founder and CEO Robert Oswell said in a press release.
Gearhart joined Roswell Marine in 2018 and is a 2026 recipient of the Water Sports Industry Association Leadership Award.
