Master Marine was established in 1997 and has been at its current location since 2004. It is one of the oldest Suzuki dealers in Texas. Outdoor Living RV was established in 2013.
Ron Hoover RB & Marine Centers has more than a dozen dealerships in the Lonestar State. The transaction was managed by Performance Brokerage Services.

Master Marine and Outdoor Living RV will remain at their current locations.
