Thomas H. Connolly and Sons, a marine-industry supplier also known as TCS Reps, announced that Matt Lazcano is a new equity partner. Lazcano has been with the firm since 2018, expanding his territory from Virginia to the Canadian Maritimes and managing the corporate office in Maine, a company statement said.
“At TCS Reps, we have a long-standing tradition of promoting from within. I myself am a product of this policy,” president Kevin O’Brien said in the statement. “Matt’s promotion to equity partner reflects our commitment to rewarding hard work, fostering growth and building lasting relationships.”
As an equity partner, Lazcano will help shape the future direction of the firm, enhancing the services it delivers to its customers at factories, boatyards and suppliers, along with other clients.
