“Fox & Friends,” the national morning TV program, featured Discover Boating and ways to get on the water last week, showcasing four vessels for a variety of budgets.

Discover Boating vice president Ellen Hopkins talked about ways to get started in boating on the May 31 show. “Fox & Friends” reaches more than 1.8 million viewers.

That’s an advertising value of more than $887,000 if it were a paid ad, according to the National Marine Manufacturers Association.

Hopkins showcased a Sea-Doo Spark Trixx, starting at $7,299, a Sun Tracker 20 DLX, starting at $17,995, a Grady White Freedom 215, starting at $76,000, and a Regal 23 OBX, at $89,000 — which can be financed for $499 a month.
