West Marine Pro has introduced an app that provides efficient access to the company’s inventory. Available for iOS and Android, the app allows users to check live inventory, scan barcodes, manage invoices and place custom orders. The goal is to streamline sourcing and eliminate downtime in service operations.
“Marine professionals don’t have time to waste chasing down parts,” West Marine chief operating officer Paulee Day said in a statement. “With this app, we’re giving them the tools they need to run their business more easily — right from their phone. It’s about more than convenience; it’s about keeping their operations moving without interruption.”
The app integrates inventory and deliveries from West Marine’s store network and distribution centers in California and South Carolina, as well as regional hubs. It offers access to more than 100,000 products.
