We are the manufacturer of MirroCraft boats and Montego Bay pontoons headquartered in Gillett, Wisconsin. We have been building boats since 1956 and pontoons since 2012. We are a company that takes pride in our quality of product with exceptional customer service. We manufacture aluminum riveted V bottom boats from 12’-19’ and pontoons ranging in size from 16’-24’ and partner with all engine manufactures.
Position Overview
Northport Marine, LLC is seeking highly motivated and self-driven Independent Sales Representatives. We are looking for the right individual for out East and another for the Midwest to support and expand out dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell company products within an assigned multi-state territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers
- Identify and establish new dealer accounts to expand market presence
- Analyze market potential to focus sales efforts and maximize volume
- Conduct regular product and sales training sessions for dealer teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and orders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product developments
- Recommend improvements to products, services, and policies based on market feedback
- Support dealers with marketing initiatives, product knowledge, warranty assistance, and service guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in the marine industry with good work ethics
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and events
- Reliable transportation
