Key Responsibilities

As part of InterMarine, you will:

  • Represent our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Showcase vessels in the showroom, at events, and on-water demonstrations
  • Manage leads, prospects, and transactions with accuracy and care
  • Support customers before, during, and after the sale to ensure an exceptional ownership experience
  • Follow the InterMarine sales process, including prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing.
  • Lead and assist with customer appreciation events such as InterMarine Escapades

Who We’re Looking For

  • Motivated Sales Reps and Brokers with a passion for boating
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and customer service mindset
  • Previous sales or brokerage experience in marine, luxury, or related industries
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
