Hanse Yachts last week announced a restructuring of its leadership team.
Maxim Neumann, who has spent decades with the company, was named chief sales officer, taking responsibility for sales and marketing. Hanse credited Neumann’s leadership with recent dealer acquisitions and a strategic expansion of its international sales network.
Franz Zeiser was named chief technology officer. Zeiser previously held senior production management positions at major shipyards and has years of experience in the international boating industry, according to the company.
“With Franz Zeiser, we have gained an outstanding industry expert with international experience and a strong track record in production management,” Holger Passauer, who was appointed sole member of the management board of Hanse in December 2025, said in a press release.
A new supervisory board was appointed in the first quarter, chaired by Hans Reichhart, a former Bavarian state minister for housing, building and transport.
The company said the moves are part of the company’s continued transformation toward greater stability, efficiency and international growth.
