
Boatyard has launched a customer portal, a software-as-a-service platform designed to help businesses interact with their customers.
“We’re thrilled to launch Boatyard’s customer portal, a product that we believe will change the way marine businesses interact with their customers,” Boatyard president and founder Nathan Heber said in a statement. “This launch is the next step in our larger vision of transforming the marine customer experience.”
The portal can reduce a business’s call volume, emails, paper forms and administrative work for service teams, according to Boatyard. It can be branded for any business, and Boatyard said it provides boat owners with a single place to access boat information, request service, and manage communications with dealers, marinas and service providers.
