IMAGE COURTESY GORI PROPELLERS Danish sailboat prop manufacturer Gori Propeller announced the appointment of SpecialRig as its exclusive distributor for Italy.
“We are sad to say goodbye to our long-standing Italian distributor Guido Sodano from Sodana SAS, who retired at the end of 2024,” Lars Østergaard, Gori senior vice president of sales, said in a statement. “Gori has a good presence in Italy thanks to Sodana, and I look forward to this chapter with SpecialRig.”
The company said that this year it will bring to market a folding propeller that can be switched between sailing performance and regeneration mode.
