Metstrade concluded last week at RAI Amsterdam, drawing 20,000 attendees and 1,700 exhibitors for meetings, educational forums and other sessions. Organizers highlighted the growth of the show with its “complete takeover of the RAI Amsterdam complex.”

“There has been a great atmosphere throughout the show, with the Country Pavilions and dedicated zones buzzing with business deals, while our many stages and speakers drew in engaged audiences eager to listen and learn from experts in their fields,” exhibition manager Patricia Becker said in a statement. “We are grateful to have received so much positive feedback about the quality of the interactions between our audience and exhibitors over an extremely busy three days.”

Highlights of the show included:

• 30 Country Pavilions, representing innovations and new products from organizations in 20 nations.

• Specialist zones displaying innovations from superyachts, marina and yards, construction materials, foiling, and startup suppliers and companies, as well as a Next Gen Zone, which presented companies delivering practical solutions to reduce environmental impact.

• The DAME Design Awards, with overall winner LXNAV E360 chart plotter.

• The Boat Builder Awards, where Johan and Britt-Marie Carpelan, co-founders of Targa Boats, were honored as this year’s Lifetime Achievement recipients.

• Five stages featuring a curated content plan of speakers, expert-led sessions and panel discussions.

• The Superyacht Forum and Superyacht Coating Conference provided unique platforms for networking, collaboration and innovation. The events dovetailed with Metstrade’s expanded Superyacht Zone.

• A variety of additional events, from dinners and dance parties to conferences and book clubs. Metstrade concluded with the Yacht Racing Forum.
