The National Sailing Hall of Fame announced the selection of 10 inductees for its 13th class. The class of 2023 joins 114 hall of famers, who are featured in the Legends of Sailing exhibition at the Sailing Museum in Newport, R.I.

This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award recipient is Tim Hogan, who has been president of the Interscholastic Sailing Association since 2005. Hogan and his team have nearly doubled the roster of high schools competing around the country.
