OneWater Marine announced changes to its leadership titles to better align with the company’s day-to-day management structure and strategic priorities.

“These titles align with how we have been operating and executing on our key priorities, reinforcing our confidence in delivering long-term shareholder value,” executive board chairman Austin Singleton said in a statement. “With these changes, we do not anticipate any significant impact on our day-to-day focus, roles or responsibilities.”

Board chairman Singleton formalized his role in driving strategic direction, stakeholder engagement and shareholder value creation.

Anthony Aisquith was named chief executive officer, reflecting his leadership in executing OneWater’s strategy, business operations and performance.

Jack Ezzell was appointed chief operating officer, in addition to his role as chief financial officer, formalizing his oversight of financial and operational functions.

John F. Schraudenbach will transition from chairman of the board to lead independent director, where he will continue to serve as a liaison between independent and non-independent members of the board.

“These changes recognize the way our leadership team has evolved and position the company to execute with focus and speed,” Schraudenbach said in the statement.
