The Sea Tow Foundation is accepting applications for PFDs and loaner stand supplies for this year’s Life Jacket Loaner Program.

Applicants can choose from the following options:

• life jackets and a loaner stand building kit to establish a new loaner station or replace an existing one

• life jackets only

• life jackets to distribute to participants at recurring events, or to outfit organization-owned boats for public use

“The Sea Tow Foundation Life Jacket Loaner Program allows local organizations to become part of a national effort to make safe boating easy and accessible in every community,” executive director Gail R. Kulp said in a statement. “We encourage any interested groups to apply so that we can continue to help make boating a safe and enjoyable pastime in 2026.”

Since the program’s launch in 2008, more than 106,000 life jackets have been distributed, and there are now over 1,300 loaner stations nationwide.

The deadline for applications is Feb. 28, which is an extension of the original date. Click here to apply.
