Soundings Trade Only, British Marine, Marine Industry News and Metstrade announced the individuals who will sit for this year’s Women in the Industry International panel and the session’s theme.

This year’s theme, “Navigating Today’s Global Market,” reflects the rapidly changing commercial, environmental and geopolitical landscape in which the marine industry operates. The panel will explore how companies are adapting to shifting consumer demands, technological innovation, supply chain disruption and new global opportunities — all through the lens of leadership, resilience and collaboration.

“The pace of change in the global marine market is accelerating,” British Marine CEO Lesley Robinson said in a statement. “As an industry, we must not only adapt but lead. This event provides a rare opportunity to hear from those doing just that — tackling real-time challenges and driving growth through innovation, diversity and decisive leadership.”

The panelists have wide-ranging, global experience across technology, manufacturing, distribution and more. The panel includes:

• Áine Denari, executive vice president and president of Navico Group, chief technology officer Brunswick Corp.

• Andrea Tetto, director, marine business planning, Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit

• Tanja Lutz, director of EMEA sales and service, Seakeeper

• Sylvie Ernoult, show director, Cannes Yachting Festival

Michele Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, will moderate the panel.

“This event keeps growing because it offers something powerful — space for open conversation, fresh perspective and genuine connection,” Goldsmith said in the statement. “We’re bringing together women who are not only leading in the marine sector, but also shaping how the industry responds to global shifts in business, technology and consumer behavior; driving strategy, delivering innovation and making a real impact. This event is for anyone who wants to engage with the people, and especially the women, transforming our global marine community.”

The event includes a complementary breakfast and is scheduled for 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 19 on the Metstrade Stage at RAI Amsterdam. Admission is free but requires a Metstrade ticket and registration, which can be accessed here.
