The last three Soundings Trade Only Women in the Industry webinars are now available online.
The recordings include:

• Dec. 13: Gear Up for Success & Joy in 2023 with Alicia M. Rodriquez
• Nov. 16: Women in the Marine Industry International at Metstrade in Amsterdam
• Feb. 17: Miami Interview with Joan Maxwell, president of Regulator Marine, and Kris Carroll, president of Grady-White Boats
“The Soundings Trade Only Women in the Industry Series continues to evolve from virtual and in-person events to mentoring programs to international partnerships,” Michele Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, said in a statement. “The programs offer women an opportunity to gather as a community, a safe place to ask questions and to learn.
“And now, close to two years into the programming, it is having an impact,” she added. “We are hearing from women who are implementing the skills and content into their lives, and they are writing to tell us about how they have transformed and succeeded.”
The next Women in the Industry session is scheduled for June 14 to kick off the 1+1 mentoring program, which offers young professionals an opportunity to meet virtually with an industry leader. All genders are welcome.
