Nautor’s Swan named Robert Holm as customer care director.

Holm joined Nautor’s Swan just over a year ago as a project manager for the Finnish yacht brand. A native of Finland, he has been in the marine business for more than a decade and had close working relationships with Nautor’s Swan during previous career appointments, including as managing director for a carbon mast builder.

“We are thrilled to have Robert as our new customer care director, as he brings great expertise and energy to one of Nautor’s most valued departments,” Oy Nautor AB CEO Paolo Sterza said in a statement.

“Nautor’s Swan has built over 2,000 Swans, virtually all of which are still sailing and lovingly kept by their owners. Service, care, maintenance and refits are all key elements of Nautor’s Swan’s portfolio of offerings, and we take great pride in ensuring that every step of the process undergoes the strictest screening for quality while treasuring our strong heritage and promoting innovation.”

Another new feature is Nautor’s Swan Training Center, which is at the factory in Pietarsaari, Finland. The company said the center will further ensure that all parties involved in the customer care service network are equipped with the latest and most accurate information and knowledge of today’s ever more complex yachts.

Nautor’s Swan offers certified repairs and refit services for all Swans first and foremost at the company’s home in Pietarsaari. The company also has dedicated service yards in France and Italy and a network of more than a dozen authorized service centers around the world.
