Florida-based Shadow-Caster, a manufacturer of marine LED lighting fixtures and controllers, hired John Salvatore as chief operating officer. Salvatore has a marine-manufacturing background and experience in supply-chain optimization, business development and quality assurance.
“We’re excited to welcome John to the executive team,” Shadow-Caster president Brian Rogers said in a statement. “He’s a transformational leader and proven change agent. I’m confident that as we continue to pioneer new products and explore new markets, he will be a tremendous asset to Shadow-Caster.”
Salvatore was most recently the director of operations at Statement Marine. Previously, he served as general manager of Marine Mat and general manager of Watercraft Superstore.
