The National Marine Electronics Association named Garmin Manufacturer of the Year and handed out a host of other awards at its recent conference and expo.

Registration also is open for the industry’s largest marine-electronics trade event, scheduled for Sept. 20-24 in Orlando, Fla.

The advanced NMEA 2000 Class was added to the in-person training lineup in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
